You can't even get out of Victoria as the Malahat is designated a Snow Tire road. Technically Squamish Sea to Sky is too but I know from the forums that others have already ridden up there. It's up to the police to enforce or not. You can't even buy icicle snow tires for motorcycles.<br /><br />I would go to the USA more if it weren't for the border waits. I have Nexus but still that line is long. I drove on Fridays but took the subway from Islington (park and ride) on Mon to Thursday. I don't like to take the Express lanes either as if there is a problem you can't get out. I wrote about my visit and how you invited my Uncle and Aunt for dinner. You went beyond what I would have imagined<br /><br />I spent a summer in TO and lived near Weston & Shepherd. I had my car and every Friday night I would go out with my uncle to a different restaurant. I was there during Caravan and I spent some time on the Toronto Islands so I really didn't need to see many sights and I would rather stay away from your horrible traffic. My stay was perfect.<br /><br />If it weren't raining so hard today, I would have renewed my insurance but I think I will wait another week or so.
